Online Returns and Refund Policy

If merchandise is returned, as sold, unused and in its original packaging, together with the original receipt, we are happy to refund within 14 days or Exchange within 28 days.

If you wish to return your website purchase you may do so to to the address listed below. Please include your original order form as proof of purchase. 

A Gift Receipt entitles the holder to an exchange/gift card only. Reduced price goods purchased online may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt for an exchange/credit note only.

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. An exchange/credit note may be given at the current retail price if the original receipt is not available.

For safety and hygiene reasons, our exchange/refund policy does not extend to a small number of products, such as earrings.

Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Deposits are available in store but not online.

All refunds will be issued in accordance with the original payment method. We have extended our exchange policy for Christmas gifts’ until Monday the 11th of January 2021.
